A vindima realizou-se em perfeitas condições atmosféricas no dia 14 de Setembro. As uvas devidamente seleccionadas e desengaçadas fermentaram em lagar com pisa a pé durante 10 dias. O estágio e fermentação maloláctica decorreu em barricas de carvalho francês durante 20 meses.

Complexo, sofisticado e com grande harmonia, este vinho é rico e muito puro com notas de cereja preta, groselha e especiarias com intensa mineralidade. Na boca é concentrado e elegante com taninos perfeitos, fruta bem presente e final muito longo.
