Vinha do Altar Reserva
Vinha do Altar is located at the Highland of Fermentões at 600 meters of Altitude and North facing, planted with the varieties Viosinho, Gouveio and Arinto.
The harvest was planned for the first week of September in perfect weather conditions. All grapes previously selected and de-stemmed were pressed on a pneumatic press and fermented on stainless steel tanks at low temperatures during 4 weeks, after which was aged sur lies during 6 months.
Lively citric, crisp white peach and floral aromas. On the palate is very elegant, refreshing with subtile creaminess and beautiful balance.
