Pintas Vintage
PORT
It’s a 88 years old vineyard with a field blend of more than 40 different indigenous grape varieties.
VINIFICATION
The harvest was planned for the last week of September in perfect weather conditions. All grapes previously selected and non de-stemmed were foot trodden in stone lagares.The aging was developed in a old Port cask during 19 months, after which the wine was bottled.
TASTING NOTE
Beautiful purple color. Fresh notes of raspberry, cassis and violets. On the palate shows intense tannins, excellent concentration and freshness with ripe berries.
