The harvest started on September 20th and was finalized on October 5th in perfect weather conditions. All grapes previously selected and partially de-stemmed were foot trodden in stone lagares during all the fermentation process (10 days). The aging and malolactic fermentation was developed in french oak barrels during 18 months.

Very impressive on the nose, with sleek pure notes of plum, blackberry and black cherry with subtle spicy notes. Very fine texture and concentration with refined tannins, beautiful and long finish.
